how the Ordering process works
step 1: deposit
By making a deposit you reserve your spot in our build queue. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you an in depth questionnaire to better understand your riding preferences, personal dimensions, and build preferences.
step 2: design review
After beginning our preliminary design work, we will contact you to make sure we are following the intent that your questionnaire laid out. We will finalize small details on the frame and decide on finishing (powder coat, wet paint, etc.) Additionally, we will finalize any outstanding component selections.
step 3: Build
Your frame will take form. (We’re happy to send pictures along the way if you’d like!)
Step 4: Assembly and Shipping
Your bike will be assembled (if buying a complete) and sent after receiving the rest of your payment.
step 5: Happy Trails
Enjoy your new bicycle and the places it takes you. Don’t forget to send us photos and stories!
